Saumya tandon a very beautiful and popular indian actress and a host. she has co-hosted many shows which includes Zor ka jhatka- total wipeout with Shah rukh khan on imagine tv in the year 2011. She made her debut in Bollywood with Imtiaz Ali’s hit movie jab we met –starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. In the movie she played the role of roop. Other than this beautiful lady has hosted many other shows like dance india dance (DID season-2) along with the co-host jay bhanushali, Bournvita Quiz contest with co-host Derk ‘0’brien and she was also the host of Mallika-E-Kitchen for three seasons on colors. Currently she is seenin the popular comedy show Bhabhiji ghar par hai – as anita Narayan wife of vibhuti Narayan ( Aashif Sheikh) along with co-actors shilpa shinde and rohitash gaud on &tv.

Biography:
Saumya Tandon born on 3rd November , 1984 in Bhopal. She completed her schooling from St. Mary’s convent in Ujjain. She completed her MBA from Fore School of Management. A pretty face girl is born up with the talent of being a poet and at the age of six she stepped in the field of writing inspired by her father-. Dr. B.G. Tandon who is an excellent writer. Her collection of self composed poems was published in the form of a book named “Meri Bhavnayein” which was also nominated for Modi young writer national award. She also did a short film “English”.

   A comedy show on &tv which is directed and produced by Shashank bali. This story is based on two neighbouring couples. One- manmohan Tiwari –(rohitash gaud) who is a businessman and wife angoori(shilpa shinde) typical housewife. Second- Vibhuti Narayan Mishra (Aashif Sheikh) who is unemployed doing household chores and wife Anita, (Saumya Tandon) modern beauty queen. Men try different things to impress each others wife’s which includes comedy scenes.
2. Dance India Dance
   An indian dance based show on zee tv. produced by UTV Software Communications. The show features about dancers from different cities who perform unique styles in auditions to be selected further.18 finalists are choosen. The show is choreographed by Indian choreographers, like Terence Lewis, Remo D’Souza, Geeta Kapoor and Mudassar Khan. first season hosted by Tarana Raja;second season has been hosted by actors Saumya Tandon and Jay Bhanushali. 3. Mallika-E-Kitchen
   Indian cookery based television show on colors sponsored by LG Corp. In this show two women’s will have to prepare same dish one on stove and other in the oven. The dishes are then tasted by the guest and the winner is announced.winners gifted with mallika-e-kitchen title and an Electrolux microwave oven.
   She did many more shows which includes comedy circus ke tansen, aisa des hai mera, and many more.

   According to sources she was in a relationship with Saurabh devendra singh- whose a banker and soumya’s best friend. She is very reserved about her love life and relationships but currently she is very much singe and not dating anyone.
